nine ladies dancing - yes! "Friday night and the lights are low" 🎶💃
today was a frothy, milky hot chocolate with a milk chocolate covered biscuit and a malted milk biscuit. I probably should have eaten more biscuits to get the numbers accurate. There's still time!2 -
Such dedication @Blackcats 😂❤️
I need to prep food for friends coming over for dinner tomorrow so will make a point of putting some music on and dancing while I do it2 -
Had a good old kitchen bop 😊
'Ten lords a-leaping' tomorrow, it is going to be very cold and I have a very warm house of commons jumper so that'll do instead of lords!

Wearing tiny, glitter ball type earrings so I'm having a disco in each ear lobe.3

No inspiration for 10 Lords a Leaping until I woke up this morning trying to think of famous Lords, so I've decided that while they might not all leap, they are lords.

Lord of the Dance (definitely some Michael Flattley leaping there)

Tomorrow is 'Eleven pipers piping', struggling slightly for inspiration here- might bleed the radiator pipes 😂1 -

Couldn't sleep last night so read through the whole thread. You lot have cheered me up. Keep up the good work and I am off to tip out my huge jewellery box. Not forgetting the broaches I have on costs and jackets I never seem to wear.4

@grunnie - glad we've cheered you up. It's been really lovely enjoying jewellery and other things we already own.perhaps your jewellery box rummage will give you something to celebrate 11 pipers piping? As you know our artistic interpretation is very loose - we've had owls as swans, tree of life masquerading as a pear tree and lots of other imaginative ideas. Or you could sort through your jewellery whilst listening to a favourite album of bagpipe music 🥹5
