Yeah just checked and it’s with G24 although it wouldn’t even give me the option to pay. The website not says it’s been passed to debt collectors and I need to appeal or payNellymoser said:It does say G24, could be you overpaid PE for their pcn, unlikely they would have said or returned any overpayment.
If you want to find out if it's G24 or PE go onto both websites 'Pay my Parking Charge' put in that pcn no on DCBL letter and your reg no, see which company accepts the details and shows an amount due. Though NO PAYING.1 -
Continue to follow Coupon-mad's expert advice.
In future keep any purchased private car park tickets and correspondence re pcns for 6yrs.2 -
Went on earlier and it’s G24 bit now says I cannot pay as it’s been handed to a debt collector and I should appeal or payNellymoser said:It does say G24, could be you overpaid PE for their pcn, unlikely they would have said or returned any overpayment.

But you now know not to.
And you know exactly what to do and when because I advised you about the step by step delaying tactics and I gave you a link to an exact same thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, just to update, I emailed several times to push this back but continued to receive letters in the post. I have now received a letter from DCBlegal titled LETTER OF CLAIM saying I have 30 days to respond (the letter is dated 20/03/25). The issue date on the back says 09/05/19 so I’m under the impression the time out date will be 09/05/25. Am I to ignore this LETTER OF CLAIM also or respond in any way. It’s getting squeaky bum time.0

You respond to the LoC by email to dcb legal by copying and pasting the LoC response template , using the info@ email address , no additions, do this 29 days after the LoC issue date, , so on 18th of April ( not May )
That way you stand a chance of timing it out

I’ve looked everywhere since your comment but can’t find the LoC template anywhere. Is there a direct link?Gr1pr said:You respond to the LoC by email to dcb legal by copying and pasting the LoC response template , using the info@ email address , no additions, do this 29 days after the LoC issue date, , so on 18th of April ( not May )

NEWBIES Second Post Small Claim
🤞 it times out. Have you seen/signed parking petitions. We must keep telling Govt how to address PP operators rip-off practices. It's shocking past and present Govt have failed to protect motorists from an industry who thinks managing parking is about issuing pcns.2 -
You'd be MAD to ignore it but for goodness sake don't send the LBC reply too soon, eeeek!Justhelpmeplease said:So, just to update, I emailed several times to push this back but continued to receive letters in the post. It's in the NEWBIES thread. No need for a link. Read the recommended reply for LBCs.
Work out the optimum date yourself. This is easy to get over the line if timed right.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
