The code lasts until day 33 following the generation date,  but I wouldn't leave it past say 3pm on friday,  around day 30

Choose OTHER in the options and upload your popla appeal as a pdf document  ( assuming that you appealed to Horizon first,  received a rejection that contained a popla code   )

There are no actual popla templates,  just advice in the 3rd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Personally I would study the latest winners in the Popla decisions thread in announcements,  anything within 2024,  see what their appeals were and adapt a close match,  like coupon mad told you back on page 2

If I may when writing a "pdf" so something like this? in just bullet points? :

    • I am not the driver
    • the wording about the 28 day stuff that coupon kindly mentioned
    • faulty cameras (help on the wording if anyone can, think its APNs? (still livid at this - 2 visits, within "law" to car park on same day. clearly using 2nd exit as the first exit.

Am I along the right lines here?

    thanks

Does this seem ok for the second exit time camera issue I talk of? :

    4. I attended the car park on two occasions in the day adhering to the not returning before said period. It is quite clear from the PCN issued that they have used the second exit time (from the photo) as the exit from the second visit later in the day! Clearly incorrect and unacceptable behaviour and a faulty ANPR camera.

    Absolutely not!  Eek!

The winning '28 day' non-POFA point relies upon you appealing as registered keeper NOT DRIVER.

Slow down. You do not have to do this today. POPLA Codes work until day 33.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I cannot find any wording in relation to double photos and "faulty APNR" and using wording to the effect that should be used here.

    Anyone care to help?

The driver made 2 short visits that day, complying with all the terms and conditions on the signs, no breach of the parking occurred , this scenario is known as "double dipping " due to known ANPR failures and the claimant not checking for orphan images as required by the BPA CoP

YOU are appealing as the Registered Keeper,  wearing that hat only

You don't need a template to avoid saying "I" and make sure you only appeal as keeper.

But @Gr1pr has written that bit for you which is great!

Now you need to find the 28 days Horizon wording by searching for recent threads.

For sanity for the 28 days Horizon wording:

    1. The PCN does not meet the wording requirements of the Protection of Freedoms Act (PoFA).
    2. The wording in respect of when a period of 28 days (before the keeper can be pursued) begins a day too early.

    Correct?
