OK, so now read the most recent POPLA DECISIONS.  Spot the very recent win v Horizon based on the 28 days wording being wrong.

Copy what that poster did for their POPLA appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks - I will assume you mean the outcome on this one? - "As such, I must uphold the appellant’s grounds in respect of the wording used by the parking operator in this case, as this sets the 28 day timescale from the presumed date of issue, whereas PoFA stipulates this must begin from the day after."

I do not understand how this pertains to mine? Thanks in advance for the explanation.

How do I proceed with this?

    thanks

Just draft a popla appeal based on no keeper lliability,  driver not identified,  pofa non compliance, 28 day wording is incorrect, landowner authority, double dipping,  poor and inadequate signage etc

Each pcn has to be appealed separately,  first to the parking company,  then to popla, so rinse and repeat,  6 times if you had 6 PCNs  !

Adapt previous cases where details are different,  your appeal centres on the previous outcomes, but your appeal will be based on their appeals,  with the key points front and centre

Thought that was clear - that's the point you will win on. I'm saying use that poster's POPLA appeal. I expect it's on their thread.

    thanks in advance.

Select OTHER and use the posters appeal that @Coupon-mad pointed you towards.  You can use any points in your appeal that further your cause!  See here

FYI  -  like most questions the answers can usually be found in the newbies and other stickies:-

"These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY)......"
