Saving for Christmas 2025 - £1 a day

I have made a small purchase for next Christmas, which is very unlike me! 2 pairs of Father Christmas socks, for me and DH £2 spent, but I won't take it out of the pot.

@try_harder it's easier when you know it's going in and will make a difference in 12 months!

My plan for this year will be the same as last year - to get done and dusted with purchasing and wrapping gifts by 1st December, it was so much calmer doing it this way. 

DH usually struggles with Christmas and gets quite low in mood, so I felt better about everything by being more organised. I think it rubbed off on him too as his mood didn't have the dip it usually does.

No, there isn't. I just decided on a personal Totally FREE Christmas Challenge in 2024, which I've decided to try and complete again this year   I would be happy to share what I did and where I'm up to so far this year, if anyone is interested

Was chatting to my Sibling on the phone earlier and was telling her about this challenge and that I am actually looking forward to my Christmases now being all super organised and ready for it financially.
