Oh I love going to bed with the hot water bottle and a book! I've just read one by Michael Robotham - "Close your eyes" it was really good. Not read anything by him before and I really enjoyed it. I shall be scouring the charity shops to see if I can find anymore!
I've just sat and worked out my financials too, feel a bit better now I've done that. Just need to wait for payday now to put it into action!
Have a lovely evening xI'm pretty sure I've read some Michael Robotham before. Good luck finding more!
I always like having a play with the financials to check everything is on track. I hate the long slog til payday though.
Hope you had a good evening"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
I've had a lovely relaxed day today. I do enjoy slow living! It's given me a fresh motivation for focussing on my finances and early retirement. I'm not really dreading going back tomorrow, probably as I know it's only for 2 days
I know if I keep my focus and hopefully my job, I'll be able to gradually slow down over the next few years.
I did log on for the meeting today, and hopefully there haven't been any changes that affect me. They say everyone should know now unless they have been on leave, so I guess I'll know tomorrow. I'm a bit more hopeful now though. It would be nice to see the end of all this for sure."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Fingers crossed for good news tomorrow x2
