Well done on the soup. I find if I make stuff first thing I'm much more likely to stay on track!doingitanyway said:I made soup first thing not keep me on track with sensible eating too
Wishing you a productive day (with a some relaxing/unproductive time too)
Thank you, yesterday was very hectic, and sadly no real relaxing time."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -

Happy Thursday! It's nice to be done for the week.
I was in the office today and hoping to finish early so I wouldn't have to log on at home, but I didn't manage it. I only had to do an extra hour or so though. I have had a very productive day though and cleared a number of items that had been hanging over me!
I'm not sure what the plans are for the weekend. I want to look at my accounts and see where I can do a little bit of shuffling around. DH won £25 on PBs this month, I got nothing as usual! I also want to think about finishing my Christmas shopping."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". DH has made a start on moving the pile of stuff! Hurrah!
I've been organising and cleaning my bookcase where the shelves keep collapsing. It all looks nice again for 5 minutes.
I lost 2.5lb today and got my club 10 award, so I'm pleased with that. It felt like such a long way away when I started, I didn't think I would get to it! I'm just 0.5lb away from 2.5stone, so hopefully next week. All of my covid gains have now gone, and although I'm about a stone away from the lowest I got to last time I did SW, on my GP record, I'm the lightest I've been since Jan 2014
I ordered myself a new bra yesterday from vinted. If it fits, I'll get another one. I don't want to spend a lot but my current ones are getting a bit holey!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Lightest weight since 2014! That is amazing

Thank youdoingitanyway said:Lightest weight since 2014! That is amazing
It's not officially the lightest, as it's only the times when I've been weighed/submitted a weight to the GP, so I think the 'true' lightest is around a stone lighter than now. It shows that apart from Covid and since, my weight has not moved a lot for a long time!

Hello, thanks for all your posts on my diary, hope there's room for a little one (okay, medium sized) here on yours!
I've had a wee read-back, and you have had a lot to deal with lately, well done for keeping going with the stress of the car, your work, DH's work, little jwil's trousers and arm, and little miss's appointments and diagnosis
And you've still been smashing it with the weight loss, sales, car payments and PADs! 👏3
