A nice start to the month with the PADs - a little interest and cashback.
I'm just off to SW, but expecting a gain this week, annoying but I've barely been on plan so not a surprise!
We're off to a craft fayre and tasting day today at a farm shop.
Plans for November, hopefully it will be a quieter month!:- Get back on plan - it would be nice to get 3st by Xmas.
- Exercise more - get back to walking to school and add weights/strengthening
- Finish prep for little miss's birthday and Christmas
- Get DH to finally move the pile from the front room
- Spring clean front room ahead of putting Christmas decs up after little miss's birthday.

0.5lb on for me this week, that's better than expected!
Lots of grazing this morning at group and at the tasting session, but enjoyable. I've cooked at lunchtime to ensure we don't get tempted by takeaway later. I prefer eating my main meal at lunchtime, it suits me well. I am definitely synced to eating earlier in the day.
My who gives a !!!!!! delivery has just arrived, so we are stocked up with loo roll for the best part of a year now!
Little jwil's appointment to have his cast removed has also come through, and I'll probably book the day off for that as it's late morning and it says allow two hours for it. At least they've given us plenty of warning."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". It is lovely but gets expensive when you start buying everythingRhyddid2026 said:tasting day at a farm shop sounds delicious!
Yes, I've had them a few years now. I buy a box of 100% recycled, and it lasts us the best part of a year as the rolls are big! The subscription is great as you can skip it or delay it if you want. The recycled are not luxury, but good enough. The bamboo is probably posher, but I've never tried it.doingitanyway said:Oh I had been thinking about using your toilet roll supplier. I'll be testing their customer service as DH pointed out that someone has ripped open the box and nicked a roll!
I haven't tried the bin bags, I did get the cleaning cloths though.beanielou said:I buy who gives a what’s it bin bags. They are superb."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1 -

I would have to go to the tasting with a fiver cash and no cards @Jwil or I'd likely buy the whole farm.
But, also...... who steals a roll of toilet roll?!?!??!? I guess they must have really needed it?!?Debts 04/01/25 01/11/25

Having unpacked the box and counted the loo rolls, there is actually one extra, not one less, so I don't need to complain, and thankfully no one was caught short
It just must be general transit damage to the box (or someone decided to rip it open to add an extra one)
