My cold is better today, more turning into a cough now. The coughing gave me a nosebleed at 4am this morning, that was nice!
Another restful afternoon planned. This morning was SW, popping to drop off a birthday gift to a relative, though we didn't stay long so as not to share germs. DH and I went and did a bit of shopping.
A nice surprise at SW this morning, with 4.5lb off! I'm not entirely sure how that happened, maybe it was the decluttering of blood
That's the gain from last week gone and another 1.5lb on top of that. I also got slimmer of the month.
I've just decluttered a couple of items from the freezer for lunch that are not SW friendly, but I won't be buying them again. I think my tastes are starting to change a little, and some of the things I used to often rely on as a backup or an easy meal don't appeal now. That is a good thing! Unfortunately my tastes for chocolate don't seem to be similarly changing
Time to get my hot water bottle and a book!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee7 -

Great news on your weight loss. The SW plan really suits you!

I don't think mine will either, and I'm generally ok with that!beanielou said:My taste for chocolate will never change I think.

The basic plan has always appealed to me as I can't be doing with weighing and measuring everything. I think the group being really nice has also helped, and it's got me into a good mindset this time as well. I still can't quite believe it given how many years I've been trying, but long may it last! Happy Sunday!
Another quiet day planned. Cold is a little better today, so that's good. I had a pretty good nights sleep last night and was up bright and early this morning. I'm no fan of the clock changes but it was nice to see a lighter morning again. I don't mind the darker evenings, but I don't like the dark mornings.
I've tidied the kitchen, done my financial checks and my duo and a load of washing is in. Little jwil has surfaced early for him so I can get his bedding done next. I'm not feeling like going for a walk or doing an exercise video so think I'll go and do a bit in the garden this morning. The patio is very much buried under weeds at the moment!
I've tweaked prices on my handful of ebay listings, and that of the kids stuff as well. I'm tempted to try mine on vinted instead as they've been on a while. I do have other items to list as well if I can be bothered!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I've been out and done 15 minutes in the garden and stripped little jwil's bed and got his duvet in the wash.
I've looked through our breakdown renewal and will have a look about to see whether there are any deals worth switching to.
