You are still doing great despite your mood.
Great that stuff is leaving the house and money is coming in

I often make rhubarb batter pudding & occasionally apple or mixed dried fruit.  I also have the recipes for plum or bacon but never actually got round to making it.

Just wondering if there are any comfort foods that will fit your plan? You are doing so well.

Thank you :)  I'm always amazed at how those little amounts add up.  Well done on your OP - it all helps!

Thank you :)  It is really tough to be an emotional eater.

Thank you :)  There are definitely comfort foods that will fit the plan, sadly not chocolate though :D  I think I am struggling with the change of seasons a bit as it only takes seconds to throw together a salad, but I need to be a bit more organised if I want something warming  at lunchtime. That has always been my downfall!  I definitely need to start planning and prepping more.
