Don't be grumpy just keep going. When I start it takes a good few weeks before I see any change then all of a sudden I will drop quite a bit. I am hoping that is happening now as the pounds are not shifting at all!

A caravan break will be good if you can do it...

If I'm realistic, it's probably a bit of a reset.  Last week's weigh in was far more than expected.  If I've put the 2lb back on, then it still means I lost 2.5lb last week which seems more reasonable.  I'll still hope it's hormones though!

I'm off now until Wednesday, hurrah!  I'll only be working two days next week which is another bonus.  I have loads to do so blocked out some time in my diary before I logged off in the hope that I don't return to a day filled with meetings.

Little jwil has finished now, and just little miss to go tomorrow.  I had a peek at the clothing bank at school and it's not full, so I have asked the kids to have a look through their clothes and put anything out that doesn't fit, is tatty or they don't want, and I'll do mine.  I've asked DH if he's got anything as well.  Then hopefully I can take a load of stuff tomorrow, and the school will get the funds.

The 2lb could be water retention, have you been drinking enough water? I know this sounds a contradiction in terms 😆
