there is no next course of action, your making a mountain out of a molehill
I really have no idea why you think this will have an impact on a house purchase (i often hear this from people as a way of them justifying paying a pcn)
No search will appear on your credit file, why would it
Just let Smart know if you move house  but otherwise let it go

Depends if you have appealed within 28 days, and we hope you used the template in the NEWBIES thread and you DIDN'T appeal as driver?
With regards to this, if they now just state that I missed the 28 day period, what would be the next course of action?

I’m looking to complete my first house purchase in March/April and I’m just wary of this becoming a bigger issue or a debt collection search showing up on my report.
    Impossible.
