For a Smart ticket, just await the NtK, then we'll tell you the easy way to beat it.
Still no NTK received to date. Presume this is due to Christmas holidays etc, will this have any impact on my case?

No, no impact at all,  the longer the better,  or never even better

Having a tidy up today I have found the NTK still sealed that my partner had put away in a drawer. I have completed the appeal but wondered if my delayed appeal will cause any issues?

Depends if you have appealed within 28 days, and we hope you used the template in the NEWBIES thread and you DIDN'T appeal as driver?

Template has been followed, unsure on 28 days as the letter isn't dated. However, considering the date of the charge being over two months ago now, I would say 28 days has been missed.

I tested the 28 day period by going through as if I was paying online and was greeted with a message saying I was unable to pay and to contact SMART.

The letter is dated. Date of issue.

The letter is dated. Date of issue.
In that case, the letter was issued the same day as the contravention. I’d presumed this date of issue was referring to the ticket itself rather than the NTK.
