Template has been followed, unsure on 28 days as the letter isn't dated. However, considering the date of the charge being over two months ago now, I would say 28 days has been missed.
I tested the 28 day period by going through as if I was paying online and was greeted with a message saying I was unable to pay and to contact SMART.0 -
