Chase credit card

Chase let you see the exchange rate in the app at any time, so you can check before you make a purchase. It's in 'card controls' under 'currency converter'0

I have had the Chase credit card for several months and am using it regularly to make purchases in shops and online. The card is working fine, usually on ApplePay.Yesterday I noticed that the card has vanished from the Chase app so I can't see the transactions or the balance or my statements, or pay off the card. I can see my other accounts (current and savings) alright. Chase CS has so far been as useful as a chocolate teapot, and reinstalling the app, or rebooting the phone has not helped. I am on an iPhone with iOS 18.4 and the Chase app is the latest available, too.So whilst I wait for Chase CS to get back to me, I thought I ask here whether anyone else has the same issue and might be able to help with a resolution?0

I had the same issue a few days ago and try as they might Chase CS could not resolve it, even after transferring me to another dept.
I raised a complaint and low and behold, it reappeared at some later point, although I got the feeling no fix had been administered.
That was on the Android app.0 -
Thanks, makes me feel slightly better for not being the only one! I have also now raised a complaint, despite an extraordinary amount of resistance from Chase CS. Still waiting for a resolution as of now. I will make full use of the 0% introductory offer but will close that card when that offer expires. Can't do with their shoddy CS.1 -
My credit card has tonight appeared in the app again. There wasn't any update to the actual app. It just showed again. No further communication from Chase, either.0

Chase have now responded to the complaint I had raised about it. They say it's a known issue but it should not re-occur. They paid me a small amount of compensation, too.0

Would hardly have been life changing anyway tbh.0 -
A bit late to the game, can someone confirm the below:
If I spend £10k in one go, for the next 15 months I will have to pay 2.5% so £250 each month. (Little bit less each month).
15x£250 = £3750 spread over period of 15 months and then remaining £6250 in one go?0 -
Just spotted this thread and so may no longer be relevant. I have a Chase current account, and about 4 months ago was offered a 15 month 0% purchases credit card with a £7.5k limit. Using it for stoozing. However, with very little to gain from the Chase debit card now, I will probably stop using it when the boosted interest rate on savings ends in a couple of months.0
