Whilst they have a great sim only offering, I have been struggling with Lebara NON-EXISTENT customer services since we moved to it for the following issues. However many times I call or webchat to them nothing is resolved as they cannot transfer you to a more technical team. Its always wait for 24-48 hours.

Maybe somebody can help with what I can do if you have resolved these 2 issues with Lebara in the past

    1) My Samsung A55 5G does not get the "4G calling toggle on/off" option under Mobile networks for Lebara sim.
I do get it for the O2 sim.
I checked Vodafone supports both on this model and received Lebara email that both services were enabled on my account.
Does Vodafone automatically support 4G calling and not require this option as when I make calls it does show "HD" on the call screen which I understand is high definition ?

    2) My old O2 number was ported to Lebara this morning at around 8.30 am. I can call out from the old number in Lebara and the account shows that is now my Lebara number, but anybody calling me just gets an O2 (old provider) voicemail message saying the person cannot take the call.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Porting is unfortunately not instant. You need to wait some time for everything to settle down. Make sure you turn off/on your mobile in order to re-register. It Sounds crazy, but that is how it is, been there, done that.

Never seen a 4G/VoLTE Calling Toggle for Vodafone on either of my Galaxy phones, it is there for Giffgaff (O2).

Think that means that it's always on. Not seen/never noticed that "HD" on display.

Don't assume that Lebara functionality will mirror that of Vodafone, it doesn't.

I'm having problems with them too.  Apparently when my phone number ported across, it didn't come with something called an ICCID and they've had to chase this.  According to the latest person I spoke to, they now have that and it's going to be associated with my phone number.  I've had no access to mobile data since at least 21 January and I'm still waiting for it to be sorted out.  So far I've:

Used chat on 23 January - Told they would email me by the next day
Used chat on 25 January - Told I would receive an email or call by 9pm
Used chat on 26 January - Asked if they could call me immediately
Call on 26 January - Assured I would receive an update by 27 January
Call on 28 January - They hung up on me
Call on 28 January - Attempt 2! They hung up on me again
Used chat on 28 January - Told about the ICCID and assured that my phone would have mobile data access with 12-24 hours.

If I don't have access to data by 10am on 29th, I'll be getting my PAC and moving to another provider - the cost of the sim may be low, but there's no point if all it's doing is turning my iPhone into an iPod!

I believe both points are now resolved.

I agree that there isn't a 4G Calling toggle with Vodafone. Checking my Android -> Settings -> About Phone -> Status Information ->SIM card status, it shows Mobile voice network type as 4G.
Also my phone displays HD on the display everything I make or receive a phone call and I understand this is High Definition as my phone is HD enabled and this uses LTE for voice calling.

My number was eventually resolved whilst I was speaking to customer services for the 3rd time. Not sure they did anything and I suspect this is the porting process working its way through normally.
