whatever you say :-)
Apple
Good for you.
As I said; I can open attachments to emails while connected to Wifi at home. I could open e mail but could not open the attachment (i.e. download) while away from home.
Lebara told me zip, other than what is posted on their web pages.

A real pain in the azz when I tried to return a package today at the Post Office and could not open the return code attached to an email from Amazon.
Lebara were less than helpful when I contacted them :-(

I should have said "my" Lebara did not permit "me" access to download.
I read post from another Lebara user who reported similar problems. Apparently changing the internet & MMS settings to Lebara is not instant, it can take a day or more for system to update.

What's the phone/model?
It'll be a setting somewhere, trying to save mobile data use (like the setting that only allows app/OS updates over wi-fi).0 -

If you can connect to the internet away from your home wi-fi then your APN settings are already working - there's no special extra bit for email attachments (or anything else). it's just data.3 -
The issue of a mobile operator blocking attachments is possibly a virus/malware “feature”. Can you not use a VPN to stop the network spying on your connection/emails?
The email connection should be encrypted, which stops network snooping, but I have come across some email providers that do not use encryption!
ProtonVPN is very secure and is free.1 -
I lost faith, (perhaps prematurely?) with Lebara and have already changed to a.n.other provider"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Saved me a fortune in the USA.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1
