Hello all. I came across someone asking for parking fine advice on facebook today and remembered this forum. I actually came to say thank you again to everyone who helped! much appreciated and not forgotten.

Just as importantly, the delay right now is because the MHCLG is finally in meaningful talks with the CMA, which should have been the case years ago!
