having a nightmare, printer has broken down and im too crippled to drive so soon post op. My neighbour has kindly said he can print a FEW docs for me. I know Gladstones have sent everything from day 1 and I'm expecting them to bring this. Can I get away with just my crib sheet, WS and defence? (my neighbour did say he had limited sheets left)0
-
But nobody ever has to print anything?!
If you mean you have already emailed your WS & defence and just want some paper copies to help you organise yourself at the hearing, then yes you need your crib sheet & the main pages of both WS (especially their exhibit images of signage).
I wouldn't bother to take a copy of the defence personally.
You could always take a fully charged laptop or other device with you to look at their lengthy WS as they refer to each page when they speak.
That's easier to follow IMHO and saves you printing their drivel.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST.
I won! thank you all so much for your help on this one!
The experience wasn't as daunting in my head, went in through security scanners, then was called into a room. Gladstones nor Euro Parking Services turned up, instead they outsourced it to another solicitor (very junior) 2 days prior to the case. As soon as I walked in, judge was on my side, asked claimant to respond to my defense, they were unable to. Judge then explained to me that this was a very common occurrence about no one bothering to turn up in cases like these and if the do its via a proxy who has no idea whats happening. He then asked if I had anything to add; reading between the lines he was saying just say no and lets wrap this up which I did and he ruled in my favour! I didn't have to consult to any documentation or an Cel vs Chan cases etc. He dismissed the case based on void for impossibility of using a kiosk to input my car details late at night.
As far as schedule of costs, he granted loss of earnings, parking and travel. He dismissed my litigation time.7 -

Utter waste of your time but this is the ultimate in scam baiting and winning. Quite exhilarating afterwards, isn't it?!
Take a photo of the cheque if they post one, and frame it! As you rightly say:

Well done! Great news.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

Thanks again everyone! Just waiting for all of this to be formalised!2 -
just a quick one, I know this is over and have been paid by Gladstones, but am I not supposed to receive some sort of formalised letter/email stating case dismissed?1

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
