Check your status on MCOL and, when you see they have sent DQ to defendant, you can download one, complete it and return it using the e-mail address in the template defence thread and to the claimant/solicitor.3

just checked MCOL and it says:
"Your defence was received on 30/11/2024
DQ sent to you on 18/12/2024
DQ filed by claimant on 18/12/2024."

I have only been sent a paper copy by Gladstones and couldnt find an online copy on MCOL. In any case I have found the N180 on this forum and have completed it. I will send to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk.
I must admit my confidence level has dropped slightly, is this all part of the process (first time going through these hoops)?

OK I'll hand you back your confidence! You'll win this case. No worries, no risk.
The stage you are at is covered by the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread already. There's no rush to send a DQ that hasn't even arrived yet! Slow down. No need to do it until New Year. Then you'll have a daft 5 minutes wasting time on the phone to a Mediator in a few weeks, saying "no offer, stop asking me to pay a scam. This is a boilerplate generic rubbish parking case and the real question is: why the heck are the Mediation Service propping meritless parking claims up at the expense of the public purse? Please pass on my feedback. Goodbye".
See you again in 4 or 5 months (WS stage is when people need advice next).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

so had my remediation call and the response from the claimant was that the defence is a template defence that didnt address anything and they will need the judge to have a look, they also said that I shouldve parked elsewhere blah blah blah. I've said no offer on my part. So lets see what happens next. 6-9 months wait for hearing with judge.3

Perfect. Your defence is allowed to be based on a template, just as their submissions are!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

just received a letter "notice of transfer of Proceedings" - "this claim has been transferred to the county court at northampton etc etc". Am I right in assuming this will not be discontinued but go the whole 9 yards?0

Is that where you requested on your N180? Too early to say about discontinuance; did you get a date for the hearing with your notice of transfer? Is there a deadline for submitting your Witness Statement?0

There's not even a location or postcode on that laughable claim, let alone an allegation of breach/what terms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

so the N180 was completed and sent back in January. No date was provided with the new letter (notice of transfer of Proceedings). Guess it is still a waiting game. I did request Northampton as that was my nearest court. So the letter must be confirming that change.

right so a small claims hearing date has been set for 10:00am 3rd July subject to claimant paying the trial fee before 4pm 5th June.
2 things, I was supposed to have had knee surgery in late march (which I mentioned in the N180) but it has now shifted to 27th June. Can this date be changed?
Secondly, what do I need to prepare for the hearing? I assume printing off the statement sent to the court (listed within this thread)?0
