    If you have had no acknowledgement to your AoS, then assume it has not been received and your deadline for submitting your defence is 4pm tomorrow, Monday 10th March. If you manage to get in to MCOL you can submit your AoS instantly through that otherwise you would need to email your AoS no later than tomorrow, before 4pm, in order to extend your defence deadline to 4pm Monday 24th March.

    The reason most people can't get back in to their MCOL is because they are trying to use the MCOL password again as though to log in for the first time. You should be logging in through your Government Gateway and simply selecting the claim that is already showing at the bottom of the MCOL landing page.
