The saga of the property got even better - estate agent has breeched their code of conduct, witch seems to have also mis-stepped badly, OH has contacted his solicitors - next steps may be a court order for him (us) to be in the driving seat! Woohoo - justice may just prevail!
While we are speaking of lawyers - this firm may get a lot of business out of us this year - fishy work situation may warrant it!
ETA - result of yesterday's hospital appt - the next 14 weeks will be utter hell for OH - next treatment is extreme!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)(With heartfelt thanks to those who have gone before us & their indubitable generosity.)...and now I have a mortgage! (23 AUG 2021)Original End Date - Sept 2041 New projection - Sep 2038 (reduced by 3 years)6 -

@Cheery_Daff - I'm itching to tell you all about work - but have been given advise to remain mum until it is sorted! - so can't say much more than i did!
I'm very much running on empty - but honestly am very thankful for all the things that run along in the background already automated like bill payments and transfers - means I can save cognitive energy for what is needed rather than the day to day things!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!!
