Nifty November's No-Spend Days Challenge!

Another NSD for me today.

I am very pleased with myself I stopped myself from buying anything today :-)

Today was more difficult. I'm tired and it sets off my ADHD. My usual dopamine fix is to spend online or eat but I'm trying to avoid both. I couldn't even settle on a You Tube channel to distract me whilst working. I need to ensure I don't get too tired so my lurking on here and eBay selling will have to be drastically reduced on a school night.

Not one today - lots of expenses: 2x gifts for a joint birthday party DD is going to, DD nursery photo paid for that’s really lovely and a workshop for DS in the Xmas holidays. Hoping for a NSD tomorrow after all that!
