Any views on SPUSU? Looking for a supplementary sim as 3 network coverage is so poor

In what respect? Having 3 SPUSU sims my experience is  just the opposite  Very helpful UK based CS and V good service

Well, I have to say that I've been pleased with SPUSU so far.  £2.90pm for unlimited calls/texts and roaming, plus 1GB/month.  I switch when 3 doesn't have a signal and only use small amounts of data to check for buses/trains etc and it has been spot on.  Sad that 3's coverage is so poor and that I have to do this, but as a contingency, so far so good...

I’ve been with SPUSU for months now. I had a split port issue, but at least I could contact customer services daily until after 4 days the issue was resolved  - so it’s works for me……

Do they still struggle with porting in times? I've read in the past it can take over a week.
