I adore Wimbledon Ant. However, to my mind the best seats are those in our own house. They showed film right at the back of the top in the week, thoughts of being in seats there I would imagine being 2 bob each seat, you had a job to see the players let alone where the ball was! Binoculars came to mind!🤔However, I hope your workmate enjoyed it.All the best with your potting!BTW. Sorry I've not been around. 4 weeks ago hubby went into hospital and ended up having to have life saving surgery. I've not really been myself since then. He is still in there and it's been touch and go but I think we are through the worst of it now, it will be a very long road to recovery though.
Anyway, I have still been potting as I usually do - but this will have to slow down as he doesn't get company sick pay now and my money will have to be stretched as far as it can. I am hoping not to have to use my sealed pot money but it all depends on the length of recovery.

How very sudden it must have been for you both and how terribly worrying.I sincerely hope he gets statutory sick pay or is insured against sickness? It's worth finding out if he's unsure. I really do hope he gets one or the other. Little wonder you haven't been yourself since it all happened.It's good to hear he's through the worst of it, and I sincerely hope he very soon recovers, although it sounds a long journey ahead of him until he's very much better.I know what we're all like at times of illness, but do please remember to eat, even it's only a little at a time...and don't let yourself dehydrate, at least continuous sipping of water or orange squash is a must.If you should need to take money from your pot then please don't even hesitate to do so!
