Can't find much on what to do now. I have trouble finding threads to be honest but is it the case that i don't do anything now until i get a hearing date and then have to do a WS no later than 14 days before. This is presuming they don't drop i in the mean time. Thanks in advance

Not sure what you can do, except, as you say, wait for the Notice of Allocation. In the meantime, you could prepare your evidence that you will attach to your witness statement (WS) and start putting together your WS.2

I will check the 12 steps for what to do but does this look like i will have to go to court? No.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Notice Of Allocation arrived on 11th June. I was required to email the court immediately or by no later than 4pm on 19th June, which i have not done. My Mum died on 22nd May and her funeral was only last Tuesday so i've been very preoccupied. I did email them on the 19th but after 4pm. I'm now worried that i have fallen at the last hurdle. I really could do without all of this and regret not paying the fine now. The hassle it has caused me is way way beyond the £60 or whatever the cost of the stupid charge is but i hate the fact these companies bully and intimidate you into paying. Can somebody please advise me if i need to do any more or if the fact i have not emailed the court in time then i am now going to be liable to pay the costs0

I'm so sorry to hear your news about your Mum. Mine died many years ago but she's with me in spirit every step of the way. As your mum will be.
That image shows your name so remove it from your post.
Here's a redacted version:
Email the court your contact details today. 'Immediately' is subjective. Now is fine!
Then read page two of the order. What else does it say the parties must do before the hearing?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Page 2. As far as i can tell they don't require anything else just yet but page 2 does state by 4pm on the 19th and i missed that deadline by a few hours. I just sent an email with details of phone number and claim number for reference and a screenshot of the 1st page.

As far as i can tell they don't require anything else just yetExcept your WS and exhibits soon of course, as expected because it's a normal stage covered in the 'KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' section of the NEWBIES thread.

So
Hearing date 5th August
Trial fee payment by the lawyers is due a month before, so early July
WS bundle deadline for both parties is 9th July, so around the same date as above
Those are their deadlines for 2 actions, whereas you only have to prepare and submit your Witness Statement to the lawyers acting on behalf of the actual claimant, plus to the court email too
Le Kirk already mentioned preparing your WS bundle weeks ago, so it may be completed by now
Any discontinuation usually happens near the hearing fee deadline, not earlier2
