And she is the named Defendant?
There is no I for you, if you are not the defendant then you are a stranger to the case, a helper, admin assistant, P.A. ONLY
You really must use the correct terminology

She uses aversion of the words I already wrote for her (changed to make sense if needed) plus an added line about the ticket machine.

Okay so we've got an issue for some reason I thought her deadline for submitting her defence was today but I think it was yesterday. Claim was issued on 30th october and AoS was submitted on 10/11/24. We've logged in to Mcol and it's let us submit a defence albeit its had to be condensed as theres a limit on the number of lines. Should I still email the defence or will we just have to use the Mcol defence I've uploaded, or will they reject this as it is after the deadline?0

If its gone in then it was accepted and the correct thing to do if the deadline was imminent or missed
Dont email it
Its unlikely to be rejected , even though its late
With the claim issue date on 30th October then the deadline for defence submission was yesterday at 4pm , as KeithP told you on the 17th of November2 -

A condensed version is fine. Now you are back on track with the 12 steps.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can I send the N180 form to both parties via email or do I HAVE to post it? Getting conflicting information from the forum.0

Does the person defending the claim have to attend mediation or can I attend on my partners behalf?0
