No make it bespoke and copy from the words of a POPLA Assessor from last year in all the POPLA cases they lost for having the £100 buried in small print.

Read POPLA DECISIONS from 2023 and seek out Euro Car Parks decisions. Those show wording from POPLA assessors that you can quote back at them for this appeal.

Do their online pics show another sign?

So far, there is nothing on those signs that I can see the name of the parking company that are enforcing on that private property, NSGL , except some tiny information on the bottom left that needs a magnifying glass to read, no big £100 warning, nothing like the Beavis sign

I fail to see how any driver can contract with NSGL without the signage in their name and with their terms and conditions on them in clear writing in large font, I had to study the picture a few times before I could see NSGL etc

As mentioned earlier, the signs above appear to be landowner signs

There are no templates for a Popla appeal, but guidelines on the following points

    No landowner authority
Poor and inadequate signage ( or total lack of signage )

    Plus ( where applicable. )

    Any BPA CoP failures
    Driver not identified
    None compliance with POFA
No transfer of liability from driver to keeper

    Etc

Study other recent popla wins in the Popla decisions thread for inspiration and examples

I don't see anything on those signs about free parking, only pay and display or justpark payments

Thanks for taking the time guys. I did obvs go ‘online’ I’ll log in to NSGL then and have a look.

The free parking was mentioned on the website of the wedding venue place but there was the oversight from us keen beans. Only when having your wedding they’d give you a permit / reduced parking.

Tempted to write one final email to the estate/landowner for one last plan A hoorah, because if POPLA grant me this success I’ll be blasting this all over their socials but unsure how to write that without sounding like a threatening noob.

Very good. Use my words about what us on that sign and add some POPLA Assessor words about a sign with a hidden £100.
