I had a feeling this was the plan ‘A’ … I have complained (a fair bit) and left a stonking review on trip advisor for them but nothing. Proper hard up people these ‘estate’ wombles.

Anyway I’ll appeal later on then. Thanks

Appeal rejected by NSGL… sick and tired of this!

Don't suppose anyone has had a look as to what an appropriate POPLA template would be for this scenario.. as it stands I dont legally see the downfall in my PPC letter as it contains info on POFA which seems compliant... the signage in the car park was legible... I can't see another leg I would have with regards to sending POPLA a template?

The only thing I could see that on the car park tarriff sign it does not specify days at all i.e. monday to friday, all week, every day e.t.c. nothing just numbers..

can i post the signage on here?? It doesn't mention anything at all about a fine e.t.c. for not paying at the meter?

    Yes.

But you don't have a fine.

And you don't have to bother with POPLA.

I would rather deal with this now with a POPLA letter as oppose to waiting weeks / months wondering if I am going to get a court / claims letter and then have to re dig this all up and spend many more hours re-reading more info from here... Fine / charge / threats for monies e.t.c. e.t.c.

Who is the contract with to pay £100? What I mean is, I cannot make out any parking firm's name on that sign, which appears to be a set of offers and guidance from the landowner directly.

Nor can I see anything about any 'terms & conditions' except instructions to wear stout shoes and drink lots of water.

Cannot see £100 on that sign.

I take it back. Try POPLA.

This is what I'm thinking the signage is all a bit lax and guidancey. Ill read up on some signage template ones from he Newbie thread see what I can put together.
