None of the above changes anything.
The EA does not merely relate to people with blue badges.
Obviously to catch them out by transferring liability now, you must still state the postal address (even if it is the same) or say 'their address is the same as my address and you should send them a PCN'
I doubt they will pursue the driver, I think they'll wrongly say that you are "too late to transfer liability" and then when they sue you, that gives you 100% defence.
If they did instead send a letter to the driver then the driver should receive a PCN and the right to appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

2) If you want to delay the proceedings for any reason leave it in, else take it out.0 -
I made it clear already: name and address (otherwise the whole tactic fails).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, I submitted the response as suggested, and have had a response from BW Legal, as attached. I’m not really sure what to do with the response as it provides no detail as to what additional information they are requesting. Not sure what my next course of action should be.0
