You'll probably find quite a few by looking at the threads of those people whose cases are in @Umkomaas' DCB discontinuances thread because most people get to your stage first.

my letter is very similar, but i cant see the date for the hearing anywhere (unlike the one linked above) is this normal>?

Courts do their own versions. All normal.

It's not the court letters you were meant to be finding or reading! Other people's court directions are all irrelevant to you.

I suggested that you read a few of the umpteen dozen WS examples that people worked on prior to their discontinuance. Nothing else in their threads is relevant.
