The letter is referring to the Witness Statement. Plenty on here if you search for that term.

Thanks for your help, I searched a bit more and found the info re witness statement and evidence.

Does anyone know how i can submit this all to the court, or rather the best way?

I cant seem to access my MCOL account anymore as i inadvertently set up a new government gateway ID with the same email.

Thanks for your reply. Is it Just a witness statement? It seems to also be all the evidence as well, which is fine just need to give myself enough time to pull it all together.

Witness Statement followed by Evidence (also known as Exhibits).

Numbered pages, numbered paragraphs, double spacing. "See Exhibit A on page 12" references etc.

Both, email is the preferred option,  both to your local civil court that you nominated on your N180 DQ document,  and cc dcb legal too

Keep the WS + Exhibits bundle under 50 pages, don't miss the local court deadline either   ( nothing to do with your government gateway account or MCOL,  , not since they transferred it to your local civil court   )

Sorry all, i have just sat down to do my witness statement and evidence but after a bit of research it seems i dont yet have the claimant's Witness Statement, do i need this to be able to write out my witness statement and evidence?

All the example witness statements i have read so far, seem to make constant reference to claimant's Witness Statement.

My address at the time was my parents, so i didn't change my address with them to prevent any issues, last week my mum had said she had forwarded some post on but i've had nothing yet (come sometimes take a week)

i assume its on its way and could arrive in the next couple of days, the risk is its then easter and I've run out of time to do my witness statement and evidence.

Do i need it from them to proceed from here?

Just get on with your own, you both have the same deadline 

You can then adapt it if theirs arrives before the deadline for submission
