I have a mediation call booked on the 13th January. I have had a read of some of the other posts on the forum. My plan: keep it brief, in my opinion the claim cannot be mediated, it needs to go to court, politely end call.

The pattern is that discontinue as late as they think can get away with.

As I write there are 467 discontinuations tracked here.

Good news. Yesterday, 21 days before the court hearing, I received an email from Jemma Slater, a trainee paralegal at the awful, bullying, exploitative DCB Legal, stating discontinuation with the accompanying N279 form.
