So do they have your defense letter to hand or do you essentially need to rewrite it with added evidence? i used a template with the beavis case in it for mine, hopefully the judge doesn't ask me any questions on that

AFAIK its a bit of both, your previous defence is on file so is in the case file 

Your new adapted defence is usually the old one, with strikeouts where necessary, plus highlighted additions, used to be in red pen I believe, like homework being marked at school 

Your court order tells you what you should do, but following court procedures is the duty of all parties, check the CPRs as their may be guidance in them

But always assume that everyone has copies of the submitted paperwork

Thank you, it says i must provide who will be doing a witness statement (in this case just me) and any evidence for my defense. so i have just written up a small bit further on signage and contacting the landowner and added the evidence for this and anything within my defense. the evidence i have received from Gladstones is a couple of car park signs taken on a bed. Im really hoping the judge sees that and throws it out.

Here they are. Along with the original PCN ticket and pictures of the car.

So is what im writing the best thing to send in? be interesting to see what the judge thinks this is why ive added signs in to my evidence.

Sorry for all the questions, im currently tryng to sift through some of the threads to write my own WS up but im really struggling to do so, there is a lot of information on these threads and i have very little time. I should have done it earlier and my learning difficulties are making it difficult. everyone elses WS is very long and has good examples. I need to refer to the beavis case mentioned and my own reasons but in good wording. sorry to be a pain im not good at this.
