The documents deadline was nearly 3 weeks ago, the hearing fee was due last week too
DCB Legal are the other party, plus also to Peterborough court, so your WS goes to both, and the ECP WS would be filed by DCB Legal to yourself and also to Peterborough court, same deadline
So check tomorrow, like I said, because it seems that neither of you has followed the directions on the court order0 -

The other pcn is from Civil Enforcement
Are civil enforcement similar to dcbl in terms of backing out or are they more likely to go to court ?2 -

Hi I just called the court. They said both my cases have discontinued. The one with CEL was discontinued on the 3/04 . 1 day before witness statement was due . I asked the person on the phone to send confirmation of this but they said they are very busy at the moment and are not doing this right now. Is there anything I need to do now or just wait for letters to come in post by the court?

The CEL claim was £800 plus for 3 PCN so that was a massive relief2
