    Unknown,  could be weeks or a few months,  depends how busy your chosen court is  ( the courts are maxxed out, like the NHS  )

    Hi my witness statement date was due for 04/04/2025 but I forgot to send it . Is there anything I can do now or am I most likely to lose case?

    They may have discontinued,  you both have the same deadline,  so check with the court tomorrow  ( they had one deadline last week   )

    If its still going ahead,  get your WS to court and lawyers by email,  tomorrow , or by the deadline in the court order 

    There is nothing on that picture that mentions 2nd april
