But I would download a PDF copy from the gov website, fill it in, save as a completed PDF and email it to the DQ email address listed in the template defence thread instead , provided that your MCOL claim history states that the CNBC have posted the N180 to you1 -

Surely that tells you that you are not dealing with ECP at this stage at all.
Perhaps you should be looking for an email address for DCB Legal.1 -
