No they aren't saying that. They mean it didn't cover the time in the car park that day.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can someone please advise? I sent my defence form to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk on the 25th September. I received an auto reply back the same day saying 'Thank you for emailing the Claim Responses Team in the Civil National Business Centre. Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days'.
However, today I received an email from them saying it is 'Not Read'. What do I do now? I only have 3 days left to file it. It was marked URGENT, together with the claim number. The attachment was only 4MB.0 -

Did they not offer any reason for that response?
One could say "who cares whether they've read it or not? A Defence has been filed".
You have filed a Defence and have an email receipt.Riggsy68 said:I only have 3 days left to file it.
Did you not file an Acknowledgment of Service as suggested in my post on 21 September at 5:55PM?
If not, I suggest you do that now.
You will then have over two weeks to get a Defence filed - notwithstanding you have already filed a Defence.4 -
Also edit your thread title to something more suitable, like

Shall I attempt to send the defence again, with the suggestion from Gr1pr?1

I am a great believer in following the process, no short cuts
AOS first, then email the defence, don't expect the CNBC to follow the process if you don't !1 -
If it's "not read" was it sent perhaps as a Pages (MacOS) document or some other unsupported format?
Send it again NOW as a PDF and then call the court on Monday to chase it up.
In the absolute worst case scenario I have an abridged defence that can be filed on the MCOL site directly but you really don't want to use that unless there is no alternative. I only ever use it when the deadline has passed but the Claimant hasn't requested a default judgment because it guarantees they can't get one.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'2 -
