  • Partial success yesterday with Christmas presents, two relatives sorted for within budget. Today is shopping day with dad , he hasn't been well for a few weeks but wants to do his own shopping today. Will need to do any jobs they have , then home and unpack my own shopping. I am at the hairdressers later , home after that.

This morning finds me on a train London bound to meet up with RL MSE friend . Looking forward to our catch up .
Yesterday was catching up on housework and an early night . Did I sleep no chance so I look as though I have been out on the tiles all night 🤣.
Going to visit Battersea Power Station today and then see where we end up after that .
Not mse but will be having a drink on the train with 10% off .
Since my negative friend hasn’t been in touch I have felt so much better and have headspace again to deal with my own things .
I am hoping that she will be in touch again after Christmas but things will have to change . Anyway that’s enough from me .

  • Had an enjoyable trip to London last weekend , ended up with some delay repay for a 30 minute delay going into London, some shenanigans on the way home but only delayed 10 mins.
The week has gone by in a whirl, work Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday wad computer training with work for a new system starting beginning of December . I have four more 3 hour sessions and they are all on days I don't work but getting time off for this. I did my cleaning at some point Wednesday . Thursday was shopping with dad, then took parents to Dunelm , out for lunch , home then swimming lesson with DGC. Friday took DGC to a big play area as it was half term here , then DGD stayed overnight , dropped her at home Saturday morning . Then I went to my U3A walkers group for a 2 hour walk by the side of a local canal where you pass our RHS gardens. After walking I then met my friend at a very large well known garden centre , home in time for Strictly and to watch the fireworks at the cricket club next to my home . All in all a very busy week , I will mostly be at home today .
Have ironing to do and food to make for work tomorrow.
Dinner later is hunters chicken, roast potatoes in the air fryer and veg.
