Sorry to read about your dad, bless him he tries so hard to be independent, must be frustrating for him. Caring is hard I won’t lie. Take any help offered and ask people to help or they won’t. I don’t get any help at all with Mr SA, I’ve asked but been refused which annoys me greatly but it is what it is unfortunately 😞 Good that SIL can help so let her ease the stress.

I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪
