Lol @ persistence, darn right!
I now go straight through to a particular lady when I ring in and she doesnt even ask for my details anymore she knows my voice ha ha ha
I still havent had August or Novembers money HOWEVER the money I had today was sent in on time (ie the 19th January) but the CSA couldnt find it !!!! They are now identifying WHY it went awol to prevent it from happening on the 19th Feb, so its looking more hopeful than ever.
I need to be making hay while the sun shines though cos I know the ex will be on the move soon, so every time I get a payment I can bang it off my arrears, debts etc thus reducing my monthly outgoings and having a little more than £25 a week for housekeeping for the 3 of us which is incredibly hard.
It was so nice to be able to ring the gas and electric company today and pay off what I owe them and half of my mortgage arrears and my council tax arrears. By doing that today my monthly outgoings have been reduced by about £45.
I also have money for sons birthday next week, I replaced my college shoes which had holes in the soles and were letting in water lol, I got a new scissors so now I am not hacking peoples hair, my other sons school bag which was in bits is now in the bin and we really went to town and had a Macdonalds - how cool is that.0 -

I am very mixed, tears one minute ok the next, I am not sleeping too well. I have a shrinks appointment week after next.
I feel relief at clearing a lot of priority arrears, huge relief - and being able to buy a £15 pair of shoes perked me up and replacing sons bag was lovely and the macdonalds was like having a 5* meal.
Daft how spending £40 can have such a huge affect lol0 -
I'm sure it does feel a felief for you as such a worry when you feel its all overwhelming, without the MH stuff on top! Just go as gently as you ca and pace yourself. Have they changed your meds to try & get you on mre f a even keel? Did you manage to chat to the CPM about assistnce with things like the orange contract? I'm sure if they could do somethig that woud hep ease more of the financial pressure & help you even more? Big hugs hang in there. You're doing great!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hiya ISOM, yes I spoke to the nurse about getting someone to write to the creditors for me asking them to write off my manic debts or leave me alone to ease the pressure and she will bring it up at my shrinks meeting.
I asked her about having someone else be 'in control' of my finances and she said that they dont do it in this area unless the patient is totally unaware, she only knows of one person under the scheme. She thinks, and I agree, that when I am well or depressed then I am not stupid with money, its only when I am high I am at risk and I havent had a major manic episode for months since they totally altered my meds.
I had a slight med change a little while ago, they upped the anti d's and the anti psychotics. I dont know if i am better or not really, I am still mixed and not sleeping very well, its hard to gauge it at the mo.0 -
Oh well, a short lived dream, the absent parent has left his employment :-(0

Oh no what a "insert rude word of choice here". I was thinking about you recently and wondering how things were going.
