Good luck Ste, he has certainly changed since your first debtbusting steps!! :money: If he sells the PS3 won't he just want one again as soon as he gets the drums though?:o
Great news about your Piggy points, I think I registered but never quite got the hang of them, I have stuck with Quidco though, LOVE Quidco0 -

Didn't he get the PS3 free with a phone??? Either way nice to see he's got the money (virtually at least) for the drum kit. How is Ash getting on with her camera -no photos recently! Great news about London - will definately be watching on 23rd!
love and hugs

One of the things I love about your thread Sar ( and you !) is that you are always looking for new challenges - be it debt related or personal. You are soooo inspirational. :A XXNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

I've been playing with some figures..... in order for me to be able to volunteer with the CAB I would need to be able to do at least 2 3 hour sessions a week mon to fri which would me finding childcare...
the only way we would be able to afford this is by me getting a 16 hour a week job so we get tax credits help....
I've been looking at weekend jobs and playing around with entitled to.. Have already called about one job which Ste's going to pick up an application form for me as it's in the same town he works in... but based on if I got that job (baring in mind extra petrol etc)
Based on if I got that job...
ste wages 940.41
cb 120.8
tc £448
sar wages £364
total £1,874
lunches £40.00
bills £795.32
nursery £239.53
food £250.00
petrol £70.00
total £1,394.85
leftover £478.76 after food petrol etc
with the girls going to nursery for 2 half sessions a week while I did CAB... (tax credits would be around £112 a week)
Seems like a good plan to me!! Just got to get a weekend job nowObviously I'll have my OU studies to bare in mind as well as extra CAB training work (if I got accepted), and fitting in quality time with Ste in the evenings... AND band practices.... :rotfl:
