None, or incorrect, reporting of relevant facts such as savings above £6K can lead to a £50 civil penalty being imposed.1 -
My saving deduction are full £174 as I have over 16k and this is my first year of migration, next year I will I have no UC to my understanding. So are you saying this has gone through courts or something?0

Ok this month's statement has the following.
I recognise the Tax Credit, also the dwp debt could possibly be carers allowance the dsp want from my mises after she went over a few quids in payment because she thought she was allowed the allowance plus travel expenses which she is not as an employee. 0 -
You can ask for payments to be reduced via debt recovery now a payment has been taken.
