Is anyone else not seeing an option to change tariff
On a web account use this URL (inserting your account number) to see the options when on a fix.. https://octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/A-youraccountnumberhere/tariff-renewal/#/
Thanks for that, very handy. I did my update on the App when I couldn't find it in My Account.

Suggest everyone gets a new online quote to see if rates are better now than when you signed up to the Fixed Tariff.
    Welcome to the forum.
I know that tariffs come and go quite frequently but it must be a record for a company to launch and withdraw a tariff every day !
I've updated my 15M fix, so many thanks.

Are you going to check the 15 month fixed tariff every day and contact them if it`s a fraction cheaper to change it?
I won't be checking every day either, but if I spot an update that'll save a few quid I may change it :)

I've gone onto Octoplus Tracker, and also wondering if I'd be better switching to the 15month deal, its a minefield.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?

Depends how important certainty or the cheapest price is to you. Tracker, even the latest versions, are likely to be cheaper. I’ve been on Tracker for gas for 2-3 years and saved several hundred pounds. I’ve moved from Tracker to Agile for electricity as for me the savings are even greater. These are volatile tariffs but have no exit fees.
  • V3 is out now.
My area both G&E unit prices are lower SC are the same for both.

Yes same for North West region (for the Octopus 15 month fix)
Standing charges same for v3 and v2 (for both electricity and gas)
Gas unit charge lower for v3 (5.474p vs 5.623p per kwh)
Electricity unit charge lower for v3 (24.834p vs 25.198p per kwh)

If it falls again there is no penalty to change. I've just switched to this from Aug 12m V2. Electric a smudge higher but save more on Gas.

You've forgotten the EDF exit fees, £50 per fuel.
Similarly, if the SVT price are higher this time next year, the extra length of the Octopus fix could make quite a difference as winter kicks in.
But it's good to see prices falling quite often.
