My 12M deal (gas only) runs out in October. I haven't heard from them so I used X to ask them what my options are. A few minutes later I was offered the 15M deal. It is cheaper than the October flexible tariff and with the Middle East looking even worse than usual it seems like a no-brainer. New tariff at 5.76p/kWh starts on October 17th when the old one at 6.99p/kWh expires. The icing on the cake is that there is no exit fee.I dip into this forum from time to time, and that's what alerted me to check...1
