Somehow my plastic flower sat on a table outside has fallen to the floor. It's pot is smashed on the concrete. But the plastic flower is 3 metres away on the lawn and some of the artificial flower heads seem to have been plucked off.
Any ideas how. My first thought is crows as one was attacking rubber wind screen wipers on cars in the street a few months ago. Maybe they like plastic too. Don't know. Squirrels?

I would have thought the prime suspect is in the background of the second picture......

I had a seagull go for any pots in a plastic sheet the supermarkets sell them in. It was a constant battle.
I decided that they thought it was food because it's like the wrappers they drag out of the bins at supermarkets.
I had to retreive plants from next door more than once :D
Probably something like a crow or gull and the cat chased it.

I'm thinking bird as can't imagine another animal jumping onto table to knock it off. Just read after reading your comments that magpies are known for plucking at garden objects and are known for stealing shiny object to line their nests, although some said it's a myth. But i did see one a month ago.
No gulls around here but do get the occasional fox.
Edit:  Cat (not mine) looked a bit shifty today so still a suspect. Is obsessed with what might be  little frogs moving under the fir trees.

They’re saying don’t rule the cat out.
Cats regularly get in places that they shouldn’t be and knock things all over the place despite a reputation for being sure footed.
