I'm thinking bird as can't imagine another animal jumping onto table to knock it off.
you're not really familiar with the feline species, are you ?
When we got our kitten I removed all breakables from the mantlepiece, shelves and windowsills.  5 years later they are still kept clear.
I have a really heavy 1930s/art deco amber glass bowl, that I kept on top of a tall bookcase and would use for receipts etc prior to checking them off from the credit card bills/ bank account.  One evening, there was an almighty crash and we found the glass bowl on the floor and a happy kitten having a whale of a time playing with the receipts.  Luckily, the bowl was undamaged - but there's a dinge in the oak flooring.

No i'm not familiar. Googling feline is a bit confusing. Am I missing the point.
Edit: think I've just got it. Lol
Cats are renowned for knocking items off ledges, often  just for the hell of it - there's a famous meme to the effect that 'if the earth was really flat cats would have knocked everything over the edge by now'

Ah I see. Don't know much about cats. I saw a little frog near the table on the lawn the other day. Later one was in my kitchen. After what you've said I'm now thinking that cat could have been chasing frog under the table and was bumping into the legs and the light clay pot with plastic flower fell to the ground. Then another animal took it 3 metres away.

Ha Ha ! Cats are little ninjas in fur coats.  Mine can leap onto a 4 foot + bookcase and the mantlepiece in one easy swoop - even though her breed (British Short Hair) is built more for comfort than agility.  Have you never seen a moggy scale 6 foot garden fence?  A garden table would just be a little hop!

It’s a cat game called ‘Tap, tap, crash’. Sometimes they do it for attention, sometimes if their owner isn’t around, they do it for practice.

I did see two crows attack a cat on the top of 7 foot hedge next door last summer. The cat i think was going for a birds nest. Very nice of them. Quite why they did it I don't know. The cat fell to the floor.
But who dragged a plastic flower 3 metres afterwards.

Cat playing with it. They love things that move when they tap them with a paw.
Or a swipe with the tail as they jumped off.
Or cat chasing frog pushed it away.

Ok. You probably know who moved the plastic flower this time. Just seeing if cat is still interested in it. If I hadn't popped in here I'd still be thinking crow did it.

It's facinating. Return to the scene of the crime :D
But isn't that double the luck for you?

Probably family. But wonder why one would bring the other - unless mum/dad bought the kid to appologise ;)
