Right on point, today I have received the 'Notice of transfer of proceedings' letter dated the 03rd Feb, must have gone round the houses  

I will update again when anything happens, hoping a discontinuation but equally happy  to fight it in court.

I had received a court date last week for the 3rd July, but now I have received the attached stating that the particulars of the claim do not comply with CPR 16.4.

At this point I am guessing I do nothing and it is over to DCB Legal (Euro Car Parks) to repond by the 16th June?

That's right. It's good news unless DCB Legal comply, but of this us a single PCN case, they won't. They'll now discontinue. Sit tight.

But can you show us the full page one of that order with date and Court name and Claimant company showing please?

This is another strike out order for @Le_Kirk's collection! But we do need to see the top of page one, redacting only the Claim Number and your name, so he can add it.

When you get the NoD please show that too!
