Usual intimidation tactics from Ensall.

Yes I was expecting it just wasn't sure on whether I had to check MCOL for it or whether it was posted to me. The N180 turned up in the post.
Just about to go through completing it, can you email it back to the CNBC or do you have to post it? It does state on the bottom of the letter that it you need to 'file' it with the court office so could this be email.0 -

The answer to your latest question is right there too.2 -
Yes sorry KeithP I have just found it - DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk I am looking at so many web pages that I am getting lost in all the information.
In terms of the court I put down, does it matter which court now that the 2-year pilot scheme in the County Courts at Bedford, Luton, Guildford, Staines, Cardiff and Manchester seems to have passed the two year mark? I am in Manchester so could go to Manchester (pain for parking) or Stockport (much easier).0 -
Manchester is a more sympathetic court and we've seen judges make orders of their own initiative.
I wouldn't worry about parking. If you ended up in a courtroom you'd probably be the first person with a single ticket Euro Car Parks / DCB case in the country.3 -
Ok thanks. I changed it to Manchester County Court just to be on the safe side. Have emailed it across to both CNBC and DCB Legal just putting N180 in the subject and the claim number.2

What is the time frame for the next step, I submitted my N180 questionnaire on the 29th October and the MCOL website has not updated to say so and neither have I received any other update.
Next step I assume is telephone mediation, will I receive a letter to arrange a date and time?0 -
This is the status summary page on MCOL currently.

Presumably you received the auto response from the CNBC in Northampton when you emailed the N180 to the dq address. ?
The CNBC seem to be snowed under so timescales are no longer applicable in the real world
You could chase it up, because it definitely should be on the claim history by now
PS , there are NCP car parks not far from Manchester court, but it's easier to get the bus or train or tram to get to Manchester, then use the free bus shuttle to get around the centre ( not that we expect it to get to an actual hearing. )1 -
