I have submitted my defence and received a response to say it's been received - Thank you for emailing the Claim Responses Team in the Civil National Business Centre. Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days.
Im guessing queationnaire next, mediation, then hopefully the end of this nonsense.1 -
When looking on the MCOL website, should I see an update in the Claim History page? I emailed my defence on the 11th Sept and received acknowledgement.

Finally had a response from dcb legal after filing my defence, it is a letter that states having reviewed my defence the client intends to proceed with the claim.
They have sent me a 'Directions questionnaire (small claims track), From the Newbies thread it looks like my next step is to keep checking the MCOL website to see when an N180 Directions Questionnaire form appears so I can download it and fill it out? Or will this get emailed to me?0 -

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...
