  • Hi All. I have received my copy of the directions questionnaire.

Is there any instruction regarding how to answer this template? It has to be returned by 17th. Do i upload to MOCOL? Email it or post it? I cannot see the email address to return it to

Despite the guidance in earlier posts, you seem to have abandoned the checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.

    Why is that?
  • I am struggling to follow all the multiple long posts and threads to be honest with you. Can someone please share a link with the instructions for how to answer this document please?

thanks but i appear to be going around in circles with all the updated posts regarding N180 that do not match my own. I have accessed the newbies thread and the defence template - where am i able to download an electronic version of N180 please?

They changed the forms back in May, Grizebeck posted about it months ago , with guidance

The electronic download of the new form is on the MCOL website I believe, and all government forms can be downloaded, so a Google search should help you

All the recent posts over the last few months have discussed the changes regarding the new N180 form

Bear in mind that they also changed the various email addresses back at the beginning of march too

The advice threads are up to date

Thank you. MCOL does not have any document for me to download - it says it has been sent to me, but there is no document accessible there. Googling it returns only a PDF. How do i access a version that i can actually fill out electronically? Sorry to be a pain.

You download the PDF document, fill it in and save it

Ps, I never mentioned your MCOL claim history, I mentioned the MCOL advice website , a government website, so the .gov site allows you to download it

The advice site is on .gov

It's in the NEWBIES thread second post. Every DQ question is covered.

Where to send it is in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence first post. Easy!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
